The Soldier

I made this tower during the Covid 19 lockdown. I spent a lot of time thinking about my parents generation and how they had hoped and fought for a new future after WW2. That there were comparisons to what we were going through and the period toward the end of the war. Every one I knew was hoping for a dramatic change after the pandemic. Less planes and cars, people before profit and huge pay rises for NHS workers and other carers. There is hope but the fight goes on!
